How to Order
Regular bookings now open to start on:
September 2025 onwardsStill feel free to send a message if you have an earlier date in mind :)
Process:
Send a message with your pet's size/ measurements and the designs or outfits you would like.
Design, materials, and project fee will be discussed. [Early date project: If your target date for the outfit is before the next open slot, there will be an extra 30% charge. +40% for outfits needed in less than 30 days]
I will contact you on the month of your project slot. Usually around mid-month ๐
You will have 10 working days to finalize the design and measurements, and settle the downpayment. Beyond 10 working days, the project will be considered cancelled.
Project will be completed in 4-5 weeks or upon a previously arranged turnover date. It's just me working on all the outfits ๐ Thank you for booking a project with Pawtelier de Melon! I will send updates on the progress ๐
Payment:
P500/ 15USD non-refundable slot reservation fee per outfit. This is deducted from the project fee and is not an additional payment.
1st payment will be 50% down payment thru GCash, BPI, BDO, or PayPal.
Final payment will be the last 50% and shipping fee (if any) before shipping.

Alteration Services Policy:Alteration services are free of charge for Philippines-based clients if I have made a mistake in the size of the outfit (please see size chart and allowance guide) or if outfit was damaged within 10 days upon delivery.
However, if there was a change in your pet's measurement from what was agreed on, or outfit was damaged more than 10 days after delivery, there will be a fee for the alteration.Alteration services for international clients are unavailable due to shipping constraints, but please feel free to send a message should there be any concern about your outfit/s.

Allowance:
I will add allowance on the neck and chest for ease of movement :)1.5 inches for XS-M size
2-2.5 for L-2XL size

Pawtelier de Melon ("paw+atelier of Melon's") is a Pasig-based boutique specializing in bespoke designs, tailored ensembles, and exclusive ready-to-wear for pets and their humans.Originally established as a hobbyist's creative space in 2019, PdM is in love with handcrafting timeless garments meant to be treasured for years to come. Our work ranges from charming doll-styles, to regal formal attire, to versatile two-way barkday gowns, and coordinating mum+pup outfits. Pawtelier de Melon is managed and produced by a sole artisan. With sewing skills passed down from her mother and refined with summer courses, her interest in pet wear started in 2018. She sprouted her first jackets and dresses for her dear pup, Melon, on Christmas holiday from university.Pawtelier de Melon is a project that harmonizes an adoration for pets, design, and meticulous craftsmanship. Each piece is lovingly made in a little home atelier, in the company of Melon the pomspitz; beloved friend, muse, and namesake of Pawtelier de Melon.
