How to Order

Process:
1. Send a Message

> The design(s) or outfit ideas you’d love2. Design Consultation and Fee Discussion
I’ll reply with design options, material choices, and your custom project quote.
Please note: expedited projects (needed before available slots) will incur an additional rush charge (e.g., +30% for early slot, +40% for <30 day turnaround).3. Book Your Custom Outfit
Once you’re ready to proceed, a booking fee is required based on the Payment Guide in the next section. This confirms your order and locks in your design and pricing.4. Beginning Production
I will contact you again around the mid-month of your booking month once your production slot is about to begin. From that point, you’ll have 10 days to finalize measurements, remaining details, and the first down payment.
If requirements are not completed within this period, the order will be cancelled and payments made will be forfeited.5. Completion and Turnover
Your outfit will be finished in 4–5 weeks (or by an agreed turnover date).
Pawtelier de Melon is a one-woman atelier and each piece is personally designed, sewn, and finished by me. This intimate, detail-focused process takes time and is what gives every garment its high level of craftsmanship and care”
Payment Guide:
Slot Reservation Fee: ₱500 / $15 per outfit (non-refundable and non-transferrable, deducted from project total).
First Down Payment: 50% via GCash, BPI, BDO, or PayPal.
Final Payment: Remaining 50% + shipping fee before dispatch.

Alteration Services Policy:
Alterations are complimentary for Philippine clients if the sizing issue is due to my error (please see size chart and allowance guide) or if damage occurs within 10 days of receiving the outfit. For measurement changes or damages reported after 10 days, alteration fees will apply.Due to shipping constraints, alteration services are not available for international orders, but I’ll gladly provide guidance where I can.

I will add allowance on the neck and chest for ease of movement :)1.5 inches for XS-M size

Pawtelier de Melon ("paw+atelier of Melon's") is a Pasig-based boutique specializing in bespoke designs, tailored ensembles, and exclusive ready-to-wear for pets and their humans.Originally established as a hobbyist's creative space in 2019, PdM is in love with handcrafting timeless garments meant to be treasured for years to come. Our work ranges from charming doll-styles, to regal formal attire, to versatile two-way barkday gowns, and coordinating mum+pup outfits. Pawtelier de Melon is managed and produced by a sole artisan. With sewing skills passed down from her mother and refined with summer courses, her interest in pet wear started in 2018. She sprouted her first jackets and dresses for her dear pup, Melon, on Christmas holiday from university.Pawtelier de Melon is a project that harmonizes an adoration for pets, design, and meticulous craftsmanship. Each piece is lovingly made in a little home atelier, in the company of Melon the pomspitz; beloved friend, muse, and namesake of Pawtelier de Melon.
